The Certificate for English Coordinators (CEC) is an innovative 60-hour course which aims at providing candidates with a general view of the different tasks involved in the coordination of ELT courses. Diagnostic Test for English StudentsThe Diagnostic Tests for English Students (DTES) are a series of complete tests targeted at children, teenagers and adult learners of English. All test versions focus on the use of the English language in simple, relevant and meaningful ways. Owing to the design and aim of these diagnostic tools, there is no need for candidates to take a preparation course before sitting the test. The purpose of these tests is to measure candidates' ability in the English language across each of the 4 skill areas. Each DTES has two sections: ✔ Written Communication: reading comprehension and written expression There are three DTES levels:✔ DTES 1 Written for candidates with an English level that falls within a CENNI 1–9 or CEFR A1–B1 range. ✔ DTES 2 Written for candidates with an English level that falls within a CENNI 5–12 or CEFR A2–B2 range. ✔ DTES 3 Written for candidates with an English level that falls within a CENNI 9–14 or CEFR B1–C1 range. |
